Cabin weekend

Away in the snow with friends this weekend and missed my long run.

Had a good time but disappointed I didn't get my 10 miles in.

Next week, will try to hit more of my scheduled workouts...

  4. I agree, a rest week sometimes help you come back even stronger. That's really cool that you're running barefoot a little each week. It's hard to translate that in shoes that have an elevated heel. I found it easiest when I switched to a more minimalist shoe. And I was going to tell you that there a few good barefoot videos on you tube that I watched to get an idea of what good form looks like. Search for Jason Robillard and you'll get a perfect foot strike.
